1.Mood & Journal Entries: The text-based moods, diaries, emotion tags, and related dates/timestamps you record. This is essential for providing our core services and is stored with encryption and special protection.

2.AI Interaction Content: Dialogue text, voice inputs, and related context from your interactions with the AI companion feature. This information enables the AI conversation and mood analysis functions.

3.Community Shared Content: Posts, images, videos, comments, and related metadata (e.g., posting time, location tags) that you choose to share publicly on the community.

● Contact Details: We may collect your mailing address, phone number, etc., when you participate in activities, claim prizes, or when we need to contact you.

● Payment Information: When you purchase virtual items (e.g., “Nexa Coins”) or subscribe to services, we process payments through third-party processors (e.g., Apple Pay) and collect transaction records and billing information, but we do not directly collect or store complete payment card details.

● Device & Technical Information: Includes your IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, IDFA), browser type, mobile network information, list of installed applications, and log information generated during your interactions with our Services.

4. Special Notes on AI Companion Feature

The AI chat companionship feature provided by Nexa is designed to offer you emotional soothing, expression of thoughts, and daily companionship through conversation. Please acknowledge and agree that:

Function Purpose: This feature is solely for the purposes of “personal recording / emotional companionship / emotional soothing / daily social interaction / expression / creation.” All content generated by the AI is an automated response based on algorithms and is not a substitute for professional psychological counseling, psychiatric treatment, or any form of medical advice. If you are experiencing severe emotional distress or a mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional immediately.

Information Processing: To provide and continuously improve the AI dialogue service, the system processes your conversation content with the AI. This may involve necessary technical partners (see “Information Sharing” below). We commit to implementing strict encryption and access control measures for such sensitive interaction content.

Content Identification: In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, AI-generated content may be identified. You should use your judgment and are responsible for its content.

5. How We Share and Disclose Information

We highly value the confidentiality of your information and will only share it under the following necessary circumstances:

● Essential Service Providers: To achieve the purposes described in this policy, we may share necessary information with partners who provide us with technical and service support, such as:
